ჯესი სურმავა სკოლის წარმატებებზე გვესაუბრა. მადლობას ვუხდით მას მოწოდებული ინფორმაციისთვის და ვუსურვებთ წინსვლას, მანამდე კი, ვიდრე უშუალოდ საფეხბურთო სკოლის საქმიანობაზე გადავიდოდეთ ჩვენს მკითხველს ვეტყვით რომ ჯესი სურმავა – ხელმძღვანელი ყოფილი ფეხბურთელია, ის ბავშვობაში თამაშობდა, მაგრამ გარკვეული მიზეზებიდან გამომდინარე, პროფესიულ დონეზე არ უთამაშნია.

საფეხბურთო სკოლის დაარსების მოკლე ისტორია
მარტვილის საფეხბურთო სკოლა ჩამოვაყალიბეთ 2011 წელს. ეს იყო საქართველოს მასშტაბით პირველი პრეცედენტი, როდესაც სპორტის კომპლექსურ გაერთიანებას გამოეყო ფეხბურთის სექცია და მუნიციპალიტეტის ბალანსზე ჩამოყალიბდა პირველ საფეხბურთო სკოლა. თავიდანვე ჩვენ განსავითარებლად დავისახეთ პრიორიტეტები და ამ პრიორიტეტების შესაბამისად დავიწყეთ მრავალწლიან განვითარებაზე ზრუნვა
მიმართულებები
ჩვენ კომპლექსურად ბევრი მიმართულებით დავიწყეთ საქმიანობა, თავდაპირველად ძალიან დიდი ყურადღება მივაქციეთ მასობრივი ფეხბურთის განვითარებას, შემდეგ მოსწავლეთა მასობრიობის ზრდას. ადრე მარტვილში 1/2 ბავშვთა გუნდი თუ არსებობდა და დღეის მდგომარეობით ჩვენ მარტო 11 საშეჯიბრო გუნდი გვაქვს სხვადასხვა ასაკებში და ასევე პატარა ასაკის გუნდები არასაშეჯიბრო ასაკებში, სულ სკოლაში ირიცხება 300 მდე მოსწავლე
ინფრასტრუქტურა
მოსწავლეთა მასობრიობას თან სდევდა ინფრასტრუქტურული პროექტების განხორციელება, კერძოდ:
ჩვენ დავიწყეთ ზრუნვა შეგვექმნა საფეხბურთო აკადემია თანამედროვე სტანდარტების შესაბამისი ინფრასტრუქტურით.
2013 წელს ჩვენ მუნიციპალიტეტის სიახლოვეს დავიკანონეთ არსებული შენობა ნაგებობა და დავიწყეთ ამ შენობის ეტაპობრივი განვითარება, რადგან ეს შენობა და მის გარშემო არსებული ფართი იძლეოდა საშუალებას იმისა, რომ თუ მოხდებოდა ამ შენობის რეაბილიტაცია აქ მოეწყობოდა ბავშვთა საფეხბურთო აკადემია ყველა აუცილებელი სტანდარტის გათავალისწინებით

ასევე ვთანამშრომლობდით თბილისის ,,დინამოსთან” და მათგანაც გვქონდა ყოველწლიური დაფინანსება
ინფრასტრუქტურის განვითარებისათვის ევროპის საინვესტიციო ბანკიდან მივიღე დაფინანსება
ჯერ შენობა ნაგებობისათვის და მერე სტანდარტული მოედნისათვის.
ჯამში 2.5 მილიონ ლარამდე გრანტი მოვიპოვე.
რავიცი, შეძლების და გვარად ტემპს არ ვაგდებ და ვთამოშაობ, მხოლოდ პანდემიამ შემაფერხა.
