„საქართველოს ფეხბურთის ფედერაცია მწუხარებას გამოთქვამს ბათუმში მომხდარი ტრაგედიის გამო. ვუსამძიმრებთ გარდაცვლილთა ოჯახებს, ქალაქ ბათუმს და სრულიად საქართველოს.
9 ოქტომბერს დაგეგმილი 2022 წლის მსოფლიო ჩემპიონატის საკვალიფიკაციო ეტაპის მატჩის საქართველო-საბერძნეთის გადადების შესახებ საქართველოს ფეხბურთის ფედერაციამ ოფიციალური წერილით მიმართა ფიფა-სა და უეფა-ს, მატჩის ორგანიზატორებს. მსოფლიო და ევროპული ფეხბურთის მმართველმა ორგანოებმა ჩვენი მოთხოვნა მატჩის გადადებასთან დაკავშირებით, არ დააკმაყოფილეს.
ბათუმში მომხდარი ტრაგედიის გამო, მატჩი წუთიერი დუმილით დაიწყება. ფეხბურთელები კი შავი სამკლაურით იასპარეზებენ.
უწყებათაშორისმა საკოორდინაციო საბჭომ 5 ოქტომბრის გადაწყვეტილება მატჩზე სტადიონის ტევადობის 33%-ის დაშვების შესახებ ძალადაკარგულად გამოაცხადა და მატჩი სამწუხაროდ, მაყურებლის გარეშე გაიმართება.
გულშემატკივრებს, ვინც შეიძინა მატჩზე დასასწრები ბილეთი, სრულად აუნაზღაურდებათ ბილეთის საფასური.
კიდევ ერთხელ ვუსამძიმრებთ თითოეული გარდაცვლილის ოჯახსა და მთელ საქართველოს!“
